Bomsi Billimoria's Story
Bomsi Billimoria began his career on the back office floor, learning operations from the ground up. He started by leading the entire back office team at Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking in New York, taking responsibility across trade processing, payments, and loans operations. There he discovered an early talent for finding what slowed teams down and rebuilding it better.
From those beginnings, Bomsi went on to lead enterprise transformation across some of the world’s largest financial institutions, including GE Capital, Société Générale, and Cantor Fitzgerald. He built Société Générale’s first offshore delivery center in Bangalore, delivered tens of millions in annual savings, and integrated entire enterprises under unified operating models. Guided by the principle of Good Thoughts, Good Words, Good Deeds, he eventually founded EvoXvantage to bring founder-led transformation directly to the leaders who need it most.
